Roxane Tilman held a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication and a Master's degree in French Language and Literature, specializing in film and television, from the Free University of Brussels.
Author, screenwriter, editor, children's game designer, she wrote on her blog "Croque la lune" where she shared her projects, her ideas and the texts she invented for children.

She wrote song lyrics for children's shows, as well as stories for anthologies. "The Earth Upside Down" was her first children's book.
