Rachel Corenblit was born in Quebec and grew up in Jerusalem, Marseille and Paris.
She has published around thirty novels for teenagers and children, notably "Shalom Salam Now" (Le Rouergue), "146 298" (Actes Sud Junior), and "A Little Closer to the Stars" (Bayard). Her works have received numerous awards.
She lives in Toulouse where she is a teacher.
