La Wäwä, whose real name is Alba Falgarona, is a young Catalan illustrator. She was born in Figueres, Spain, where she still lives. After studying Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, ​​she furthered her training at the JOSO School of Comics and Illustration. She actively participates in the artistic life of her city, where she notably created El Laboratori, a space dedicated to art in all its forms: textiles, photography, music, illustration, and more.
